In our area there are only a few players in the medical insurance market, for that reason the only thing that differentiates insurance brokers is the services that customers receive.
At WGN Benefits we have done several things to provide our customers with extra Value-Added Services such as:
- Human Resource Portal ~ The portal provides our clients and their employees the ability to view their insurance coverage 7 days a week. It also alows us to add Forms, FAQs, 401k information, etc. Basically it's a free intranet for your company.
- Hidden Paychecks ~ Along with the Human Resource Portal we offer hidden paychecks, which is an easy to read explanation of what the total benefit packages mean for each employee. Many employees only consider their gross wages as their total compensation, but if the employer provides 401(k), medical, dental, vision, cell phone, or anything else we can add that to the report.
- Telephone Support ~ If you or any of your employees are having a problem with their doctor or insurance carrier their welcome to calling us and we will do our best to resolve the problem with our relationship with the various carriers.
